Shipping and Delivery

Returns and Refunds
Kin Kwok Limited offers a strict 14 days no-reason refund policy. The customer may return any purchased women’s shoes within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. The shoes must be unworn, in original packaging, and with all tags attached. The customer must contact Kin Kwok Limited at [email protected] to initiate a return. The customer bears the cost of return shipping. Refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days from the date Kin Kwok Limited receives the returned item. This 14 days period applies to all refund methods except as stated in the PayPal Refunds section.
PayPal Refunds
For refunds issued via PayPal, the refund processing and arrival to the customer’s account takes at least 14 days. Due to local laws, PayPal refunds in some regions may take up to 30 days. The customer acknowledges that Kin Kwok Limited has no control over PayPal’s internal processing times or regional legal requirements. The customer must allow up to 30 days for PayPal refunds in affected regions.
Damaged or Defective Goods
Any claims for damaged or defective items must be submitted within exactly 7 days of receipt. The customer must provide photographs and a description of the damage or defect to [email protected]. Claims submitted after 7 days of receipt will be rejected. Kin Kwok Limited will, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or refund the damaged or defective item. This 7 days period is separate from the 14 days no-reason refund policy.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. The customer agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
Limitation of Liability
Kin Kwok Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. The total liability of Kin Kwok Limited for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product.

Termination
